Katharina - Office Manager

Katharina is the Office Manager of Salcetti & Associates and has been with the practice for the past 15 years.  Getting to know our patients is the one of the most joyful parts of her job and it is always a pleasure for her to see a familiar face. 

Katharina grew up in Germany and has lived in Colorado Springs for over 23 years.  Spending time with her husband of 34 years is always a treat for her.  Her hobbies include crafts, working on their house, and her garden projects.  She also enjoys spending time with their 4 dogs, and 2 birds. 

Front Office

Lucy - Professional Relations/Front Office Manager

Lucy  is the Marketing Manager for Salcetti & Associates.  She has been in the dental field for over 11 years, and with Salcetti & Associates for over 6 years.  She enjoys taking good care of our patients, and ensuring their comfort level exceeds their expectations.

Lucy was born and raised in Amarillo TX, and was drawn to Colorado Springs in 2002 by the beautiful mountains, and gorgeous views.  She enjoys hiking, biking, and anything else she can endure in the beautiful outdoors of Colorado as well as spending time with her son, family, friends and her sweet dog  - Bunker.  

Courtney - Treatment/Insurance Coordinator

Courtney  is the treatment/ insurance coordinator at Salcetti & Associates.  She has been in the dental field for over 11years, and with Dr. Salcetti's practice for over 3 years.  Her favorite part about dentistry is interacting with our patients, and helping with those pesky insurance companies.  She really loves teeth too!

Courtney grew up in Colorado Springs, and loves living here.  She enjoys spending time with her fiance and her two children.  Her favorite hobbies include eating out and watching sports.

Rhonda- Hygiene Coordinator

Rhonda has been in the dental field for over 21 years.  Her favorite part about dentistry is watching patients achieve and maintain the beautiful smiles they have always wanted.

Rhonda is a proud native of Colorado Springs. Rhonda is  happily married to her best friend Greg and is the proud mother of four boys and 1 daughter.  She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, visiting Breckenridge and living each day to the fullest!

Denise - Hygenist

Denise is the Registered Dental Hygienest at Salcetti & Associates.  She has been in the dental field for over 11 years and with the practice for 10+ years.  She loves working in a Periodontal Practice as well as educating her patients about their dental hygiene health.

Denise loves spending time with her children, yard work, reading, skiing, and hiking.

Michele - Surgical Assistant

Michele is a Registered Dental Assistant at Salcetti & Associates, and has been with the Practice over 8 years. Michele loves the interaction with our patients.

She enjoys spending time with her family and with her daughter.  Her hobbies include scrap booking, tennis, hanging out by the pool.

Ashley - Surgical Assistant

Ashley is a Registered Dental Assistant at Salcetti & Associates.  She has been in dental for over 6 years, and with Salcetti & Associates for over 3 years. Ashley loves meeting and getting to know our patients, and learning about their needs.

Ashley loves classic rock , muscle cars and going to good scary movies with her husband.
