In order to assist you with the investment in your dental health, we have outlined our payment policy.

• Payment is expected at the time of treatment for exams, initial visits and cleanings.
• For surgical treatment, payment may be made by cash or check for a 5% discount or by Visa or MasterCard for a 2% discount three days prior to your surgery or we offer 60 day in-house financing.

• Insurance payments will be reimbursed directly to you from your insurance company.
