Extractions

If a tooth is fractured or considered hopeless, we also extract teeth as part of our surgical services. Often an extraction is part of another procedure such as implant placement or periodontal surgery. This will save the patient a separate trip to the oral surgeon or general dentist for an extraction procedure alone. At the time of the extraction, we may also fill the socket with bone to prepare the site for future implant placement (see Ridge Preservation).
